We could always start a new tuning group. Maybe even have a real
group owner--but who?

Oh, my word, you didn't think I was *serious*, did you??? No, I'm sure TR has a billion other things to do, it was just a humorous aside...

Cheers,
Jon

Yeah this is a great idea. Bifurcate (again) the archives,
but still go back to yahoo.

I was expecting you to resurrect the stuff you had avalilable for
precisely this contingency. Why didn't you?

We already have one. It's called, rather appropriately, "Tuning2" and
the owner is Robert Walker. Only trouble is, it currently has posting
and archiving turned off. I've just emailed him to ask him to turn
them on, and to appoint some moderators for when he's unavailable.

Guess you didn't see that Gene started another group:
/microtuning/

Oh great, yeah, now I see, he cleverly announced it in a message entitled
"Re: FW: standardization, Schoenberg, and 12edo".
Sheesh.

Thanks Jon.
