I did not mean exactly the same danger, but we do let religion
determine policy from time to time, and there are fundamentalist
Christian groups whose avowed goal is to make the US a defacto
Christian state. Should this come to pass, we should not be very
surprised to see similar things. Sorry I was not more clear.
