I wanted to thank most everyone on this list for the informative and
intelligent posts on our International/National crisis that I have
been reading. Sorry I don't have anything to contribute (even though
I seem to be reading the New York Times for about 5 hours every day
these days... :)

Highlights for me are the essays by John Chalmers and Margo Schulter
and some of the incredible links of Dante Rosati... I don't know
where he finds those things...
