yup- now all we need to do is get them out of saudi arabia and people with
turbans will stop wanting to blow us up. my opinion of the french and
germans has gone way up in recent weeks.

duh!

it's fascinating to me to see "America" hasten its
own demise like this.

considering the comparisons i keep making between
the break-up of Roman Empire with the current
political situation, won't it be interesting if
it ends up being the *Germans* who bring about the
collapse of the American Empire today, just as they
did the Roman Empire 1500 years ago?!
