EFFICIENT and sensible way of dealing with THAT problem.

Especially if they're not aided by US intelligence, which same is later
used to justify a war. In other words, we want to take power, so we will
withhold information whose release might prevent bloodshed, until we can
use such information to justify the bloodshed.
