hi buzz -- i know of you through my many years of studying
microtonality -- good to finally hear from you!

since you appear to have concentrated on a few specific equal
temperaments, you should petition joe monzo to be included in
his (admittedly incomplete) listing, a few screens down on this
webpage:

http://sonic-arts.org/dict/eqtemp.htm

can i ask why you haven't (to my knowledge) taken part in the
various lists that actually discuss tuning and making microtonal
music? you could at least advertise your recordings more
effectively . . .

i'll gladly second paul's suggestion ... send me a
list of which ETs you've used and/or advocated and
the appropriate dates when you first did so, and
i'll be happy to add that data to the table on my webpage.

PS -- even tho i haven't been in touch with Jonathan
(Glasier) all that much lately, i know he'd want to
me send you a hello from him ... he's not on any of
the tuning lists, unless you count me as his proxy. :)

hi monz, as long as we're looking at that webpage again, i hope it's
ok if i remind you that the first table (right under my big et graph)
on that page has been revised again, now with some of the columns
used to convey more useful information like the *generator* of each
linear temperament:

/tuning/database?
method=reportRows&tbl=10&sortBy=6

you might consider including this table also under your pages on
small 5-limit intervals, perhaps sorted like this:

/tuning/database?
method=reportRows&tbl=10&sortBy=5&sortDir=up

on linear temperament, maybe even others? . . .

thanks for your time,
paul
