WASHINGTON, Dec. 3 — American citizens who are just
plain "assholes" can legally be targeted and killed
by the CIA, U.S. officials say.

The authority to kill U.S. citizens is granted under
a secret finding signed by the president after the
Sept. 11 attacks that directs the CIA to covertly
assassinate a broad range of people who are
"annoying troublemakers, ne'er-do-well layabouts,
loudmouth jerks, pesky pests, hippy-type pinko
commie fags, and those who just plain don't know
when to shut the heck up."

And while the government recognizes that there are
a huge, virtually unlimited supply of such people,
the CIA has promised to do everything it can to
eliminate them with a minimum of fuss or risk to
everyone else. "Though circumstances force us to
eliminate such people in large batches, we expect
society as a whole to be able to deal with the
logistics of their disposal", said a spokesman.

"For example," he continued, "a single agent armed
with two types of vaccine, one for acceptable people
and one for assholes, can eliminate huge numbers in
an orderly and efficient manner with a drug that will
stop the assholes' heart function randomly over a
period from six to twenty days. This will allow the
emergency services of most cities to easily absorb
the additional work."

He concluded by stating that the first few tens of
thousands of assassinations will begin in the next
few days.
