even worse news. from a quasi-source. the reason
behind last years "take the kiddies away from bad
parents" epidemic, was due to the fact these children
were made available by the various state governments as
drug experiments. each state getting to keep up to
five thousand dollars for each child they made
available for drug testing.

and that florida is missing many 'foster' children,
i would hazzard a guess all those goodie drugs
just done killed 'dem poor kiddies.
