That's not true. In fact, I believe stuff was posted right here on
metatuning with Islamic clerics, at least here in the US, criticizing the
"sickos" of their respective religion.

Back when Europe was a theocracy, such things were a regular occurence.

I think the "problem with Islam" has less to do with "Islam", and more to
do with the socio-economic-political structures that happen to be in place
in Islamic societies at the time.

Ditto for all religions.

I am sure one can find lots of gyno-phobic, homophobic, war-mongering
material in the Koran.

I know that one can also find such material in the Bible.

there is a great obession with not having sex with animals , over and over
again. I guess they had to be told!
