Yes, yes! Good to hear other things in life!!

It reminded me of when I was entertaining out-of-town friends at
the "World Famous San Diego Zoo". A mother hen and a few chicks were
crossing the road, and one of the chicks fell in a sewer grate. The
hen became really agitated, and I saw one of the zoo mainenance
personnel there, so he and I got the cover off and he reached in and
got the chick out.

The crowd that had gathered watched and cooed as the hen and chicks
wandered away, and the park guy said "Yeah, that's about par for the
course: right in the middle of a zoo with rare and endangered species
from every corner of the planet, and everyone is getting all ga-ga
over some chickens!"

Of course, to complete the thread, one of the instruments I played on
tonight's Pops Concert was a duck call...
