[metatuning] an observation about volume

Well how about that?... People left the original tuning
list because of a high volume of mail that they didn't
care about, and went off and formed their own little lists
(yes, myself among them...).

And now people who belong to several different lists
post the same message to all of them. So now instead
of one email we receive 3 or 7 copies, and the high
volume has increased even further.

Yea, look at the main tuning list. We've maybe 7 messages
since midnight? That's an awful lot of email for me to handle.
