Now this is interesting!

Bush himself is making moves to federalize local police, so we
can have guys with machine guns partolling the streets,
looking for dissidents, just like they have in all the third
world dictatorships. I guess that's the next step in the
master plan.

Now would be the time to invest in a little personal
protection while we still can.

WASHINGTON (AP) - Homeland security chief Tom Ridge says the
threat of terrorism may force government planners to consider
using the military for domestic law enforcement, now largely
prohibited by federal law.

President Bush has called on Congress to thoroughly review the
law that bans the Army, Navy, Air Force and Marines from
participating in arrests, searches, seizure of evidence and
other police-type activity on U.S. soil. The Coast Guard and
National Guard troops under the control of state governors are
excluded from the Reconstruction-era law, known as the "Posse
Comitatus Act."

GWB is probably the most dangerous figurehead we have ever had. His traitorous actions are the direct result of his seeing no other way out of the oil mess but to keep buying from the very people who are trying to destroy us, making false alliances because he has neither the imagination nor the will to take the necessary steps to wean us from oil. The teat of the black demon will dry up in 20 years, and we will be totally unprepared, in a weaker position than ever, and unable to muster enough chemical energy to fight off the enemy. The SOB can't be impeached soon enough for me.

hmmm ... i guess San Diego could be the early testing-ground
for this, since we already have the Border Patrol doing
this.
