I don't think I've ever seen such glowing praise and respect as that
shown by Margo, a reknowned expert in many ancient and modern musical
fields, toward Brian. And the utterly egotistical and megalomaniacal
disrespect shown in return really takes the cake. Talk
about "Genocidal in spirit" -- only 4 or 5 people in the world are
qualified to . . . whatever. The subject matter becomes irrelevant,
as the attitude drowns it out. This is sick, sick, sick, it's anti-
art, anti-science, anti-humanity.

This is the extent of the attention I intend to pay to this person's
posts from now on. I hope the tuning list will be a place where a
random stranger interested in microtonality will feel comfortable
joining, sharing, and learning, but that may be an unrealistic hope
at this point.

It is only realistic if the people who know the others on the list,
and know them to be good people, keep silent during this kind of
behavior. That you spoke up, as did others, gives me hope that the
community cares about it's citizens, and will pay heed to those that
seek to learn and enlighten, as well as bypass those who come with a
destructive agenda.

I can usually imagine (right or wrong) some sort of a motivation
behind Brian's posts, and I often agree with his sentiments (though I
am skeptical that the methods of debate he uses are effective), but I
can not imagine any sort of thought process that would lead to the
bizarre attack on Margo. It just doesn't make any sense. What is the
point to this? And why all of the aliases? I don't get it.

Yes! None of these attacks make sense, and appear to relate to things
beyond what is comprehensible to what we know. We can only hope they will
resolve in the area they need to be dealt with. Weather we can speak about
microtonality is debatable. Weather any of us can talk about Brian is
NO!
