Meta confusion

Is it OK to talk about lists that talk about lists on this list? Or do
we need a separate list for that?

Well, I suppose we could set up a Meta-Meta-Tuning list. But then how
would we talk about a list that talks about lists that talk about lists?
This could get kind of confussing, but I'm sure there's a simple solution.
