what about Partch?

It's hard to objectively place Partch in all this, because
his medium is different. But I really think his orchestrations
are brilliant. I may even place him in the top five names
being mentioned here.

I need to hear more orchestral Sibelius, Schoenberg, and
Ives. And I need to dig up my Rach. and Schumann.
