Yow! Dante, discoverer! I love the creations like this that just pop
up all over humanity. I remember as a young lad driving by the Rhodia
Towers in Watts and being overwhelmed. I've always loved the work of
Joseph Cornell as well.

One of Partch's memorable recollections was that during the
Depression a great deal of art was being made on a very small-scale
level. I believe he said no one was writing War and Peace or Boris
Gudonov, but that at the personal, creative level he had seen
profound art. I'll bet there is a lot out there that never saw/sees
the light of day...

Cheers,
Jon

Cool. Makes me think of Howard Finster.
