This is actually why i went here being outside the tuning world

Naxos now has a single CD of his piano music.
a different side of the man and i have been very impressed with the level of his imagination.
it is almost painterly in his use of unexpected twist. jam packed ideas for thiose who can appreciate it

Can you link me to some stuff that you think is good to start out? I
don't know him.

Sym no.3 is his hit single.
I can't say i know his work well enough to talk about it.
I think this little CD impressed me cause it captures a side i didn't quite pick up on in the sym.

Lately i have found i get more out of earlier pre WW2 stuff than much new music afterwards.
