...avoids 'conspiracy theory' altogether and just attacks the internal
contradictions.

It's called "9/11 contradictions"... It's an 'open letter' to congress
and the press, and is designed to completely avoid the unfortunate ad
hominem spewed at 9/11 truth movement members; instead it asks: "How
is it that the government can make simultaneous claims that cannot
both be true?". This points out, quite powerfully, the massive lying
in the official story without the need for a 'theory' of what
happened, which is a constant smoke screen that the enemies of free
inquiry around this topic engage in. IOW, books like this now make
moot questions like "but how could *that* many people have done this
without someone saying something or getting caught or ratted out",
etc. We can now say: "the burden of proof now rests on you---tell me
how the official story makes any sense whatsoever?" Like how they
claim a plane can 'evaporate', yet we can recover a passport from it
that somehow surives intact without 'evaporating', even though it was
one the same said plane, or how Ted Olson's testimony about Barbara
Olson's phone calls are contradicted by both American Airlines and by
the FBI itself.

Of course there are boatloads more of these internal contradictions in
the 'official story'...enough to fill 346 pages of analysis, in fact.

I'm going to buy it for sure....this story sure is getting thicker by
the moment...and I now think we may be on the brink of the proverbial
'dam breaking', and the media and general public will *finally* have
to deal with the issue once and for all. We should also thank books
like 'Shell Game' for adding attention and pressure.

Look dude, i really aprecciate an in depth analysis of
a book like that, sure there's a lot of contradictions
on the anti-official story (fewer than the official,
no question about it), but, from the perpective of
someone outside the US (me, for instance, and a LOAD
of Brasilians as well), we make no mistake whatsoever
of pointing out shortly that the US Government has
something to do with the whole thing... the CONSPIRACY
theories sounds like THEORIES only to you inside the
US dudes, seriously, we, from the so called 3rd World
are so used to it - like, for instance, we always
'suspected' that the dictatorships in Latin America
was something from the US, named the CIA, and just now
(2007) we have the confirmation directly from the
CIA's new head director that those were realy true,
and with plenty of details!!!, OF COURSE, more than 30
years has passed by, so, people involved have died or,
in any case, criminal sues has been canceled for the
long period it passed already... - that we just don't
have no more patience to point out the people
responsible for this ABNORMAL works...

I'm sure that is not a government issue, in fact,
politicians are only the facade for huge corporations
and rich & 'important' people intererts. really, is
time for you people from the inside of these contries
(named - for instance - the US, the UK, Germany,
France, MIDDLE EAST countries as well...) to wake up
to this reality and stop being rethorical about these
issues before is too late. OBAMA, HILLARY, MACAIN...
makes no difference, ABSOLUTELY. I cannot now point
out a solution, but, i'm sure about what i've said.
And that's DEFINITELY the major spot of discussion,
WHAT to do about it (this situation)...
Bankers... these are some of the people we have watch
out (more than politicians), and do something. Like,
maybe, try to produce (work) without handling much of
this values we create into their pockets via HIGH
interests... this is undeniable... on both 1st and 3rd
world countries...

It seems that it will be interesting who comes to power and if anything happens. The election is a good diversion against such subjects. Somehow people will not listen until every says it is so. Recently a transcript between Oswald and Ruby was released but quickly ignored. Perhaps if the truth did come out the whole house of cards would fall apart, even though even republicans are noticing that it is anyway. I

If you are in a huge forest and you see a tree fall, it most always takes others with it. So even our enemies are only interested in such giants falling in the most limited ways, for their own good. It seems that is taking place whether we like it or not . In the meanwhile there is a blackwater center in Glendale here (5 miles away) . All pepped up with no where to go.

*Late July 2001 (B):* David Schippers, noted conservative Chicago lawyer and the House Judiciary Committee's chief investigator in the Clinton impeachment trial, later claims that FBI agents in Chicago and Minnesota contact him around this time and tell him that a terrorist attack is going to occur in lower Manhattan. According to Schippers, the agents had been developing extensive information on the planned attack for many months. However, the FBI soon pulls them off the terrorist investigation and threatens them with prosecution under the National Security Act if they go public with the information. As a result, they contact Schippers hoping he can persuade the government to take action. Schippers tries to pass the information on to high government officials, but apparently his efforts are ignored. Partly in conjunction with Judicial Watch, the public interest law firm, Schippers is now representing at least ten FBI agents in a suit against the US government in an attempt to have their testimony subpoenaed, which would enable them to legally tell what they know without going to jail.
