Among my news searches each day, I now check the Assyrian news service.
They have about 10 stories a day, and they come from an unique perspective. I
have come to believe that they deserve their own country for the SAME reasons
that Jews have Israel.

do you know what the percentage of Iraq is Assyrian?
Israel has fortunate advantage of being on the water.
landlocked countries always seem to be at the mercy of their neighbors

They are less than 1% right now. Every 50 years they massacres, for about 2
thousand. They went from an empire to bupkas. They are over 50 percent of
the Iraqi refugees clammering to leave.

Even more amazing are the Mandaens. They have this ancient religion
following Adam up to John the Baptist. Man, they are running for their lives.
