More on electric thoughts

...though coming from me, it might be "moron electric thoughts"!

Anyway, I was introduced to the Prius by an owner of one of the first
of them to come to San Diego. He was the father of one of my
percussion students, and has rejoined the faculty at MIT. He told me
last year about some of the areas he was working on, and one main
project has gotten a lot of attention. Pretty intriguing stuff,
putting together older technology (capacitors) with newer (nanotube
creation):

(sorry for the wordwrap, no time to tinyurl it...)

Cheers,

Yes indeed, supercaps, zinc-air cells, etc. etc. are all hot
right now. As are carbon-neutral computer systems, which I'm
procrastinating work on at the moment. In the meantime,
lumma.org is running on carbon-neutral hosting.
