What are these instruments?

Ancient and mystical they seem indeed. But i have no idea what they
are called or how they are played. I guess they are from England or
perhaps Scotland or Wales, since that's where the performers are from,
but do they seem familiar to anyone here? I admit to not quite having
seen anything like them before. /Ö
