Is there any way to get free music? I've come across this
site. It's free but there are ads. (Sounds like
radio doesn't it?) Trying it out now.

Without the ads its currently $36 a year.

You can listen to music by genre.

Quality is fine.

Listening to Blondie now. (I am so old.)

This seems great. (no ads yet, I hate ads.)

Translation problems: here is a poster from a free music improvisation
concert when I was at school (I think the horse assassinated some
right wing politician in Belgium)

So much for free music suggestons. That's okay Pandora seems
fine. They have links to iTunes and
Amazon. I guess this is how they make money.

When you pick a song to make a 'station' they seem to make a
real effort to have the songs in that station be of the same
genre.

Based on what you've told us so far, we're playing this
track because it features a sublte use of vocal harmony,
a vocal-centric aesthetic, major key tonality, a
dynamic female vocalist and many other similarities
identified in the music genome project.

I would think that every song in a station would have the
same characterics, but for some reason it doesn't. They do
sound much the same though.

They also allow you to bookmark a song. You can't play it
again though. They allow you to play a excerpt from it.

You are allowed to skip 10 songs a hour.

You can't pick a song and play it.

You can't replay a song just heard.

Not bad for free in general.
