Maybe it makes me a teenage girl from the late 80's, early 90's, but Annie Lenox rocks.

If that's the criteria for gender-swapping, you and I can go shopping
for some kewl clothes and come back home and read Tiger Beat together! :)

I realize that the topic preceded the band, but I can't ever hear the
word and not think of that close-cropped orange hair. And to think
that their entire debut (wasn't it?) album was done on a PortaStudio
or some other lo-tech recording device. Man.

The difficulty for me is that I am a total fiend for the 3 albums put
out by Dave Stewart and Barbara Gaskin - and it isn't DS from
Eurythmics, but a guy who played keys in some of the English prog
bands in the 80's and had a really great column in Keyboard Magazine
for a few years. He must have had a nightmare when the other DS was
big news...

Cheers,
Jon

And National Health, and Hatfield and the North. I know of them, but
have never heard them. I'm sorry this Dave Stewart never got the
notice (I think) he should have. Then again, he's not dead yet...
