Because of course, such rhetoric is wrong.

What about Sweden/Norway, etc. ? A higher degree of socialism works
pretty well for them, no?

Of course, Norway does have a lot of oil, and Sweden does sell a lot of
weapons, but . . . .

Wrong how?

I guess it works, I've never been there.

I haven't looked at the stats for who's the oh let's say top five
weapons dealers govt. to govt., but I'll commend Saab for their recent
TV advertising "born from jets", or whatever. I don't suppose they
meant for me to think, "Hmmm, what are they selling and to whom,
weapons-wise. I hadn't thought of boycotting them before, but now I
will...hee!

Seriously, I can't imagine anything much stupider than arms dealing.

I mean those fighter planes really came in handy on 9/11/2001, didn't
they? (*&^%#@ *&^% $#%^&*@ *&^%$#@#$%^&*!)

And now that we've got Afghanistan under control and running smoothly,
it'll just be a minute 'til we get those lucky Iraqis sorted out,
huh? Thank God for our brilliant government strategists, wherever
they are. ;-)
