abcm2ps now has microtonal accidentals....

.....at least of the quartertone variety. It has those backward flats, half
sharps (one verticle stroke), etc.

Actually, none of this matters for 19 or 31 equal, since one could write for
those using the existing symbols; only double sharps and double flats are
required to make do.
