Hi there,

I'm planning to buy a new keyboard, and wonder if anyone has
suggestions / things to look out for.

One idea is to get two four and a half octave ones
to span same range as 88 key ones used in tandem, but also be used
as two keyboards in separate channels, one for root control, or
for Margo's keyboard mappings, so that they can be used either way.

Or, one could get two five and a half octave ones and span the
entire midi range.

Then get a two to one junction for midi cables and run both on the
same midi in line. This is just one thing I'm thinking of.

A half size keyboard is just the right size to pick up and use while
working at the p.c.

Also I wonder if aftertouch would be a nice feature to have for
improvisations - any comments about that?
