Hi all,

I had to get something up. It's been bugging me since...well, since
then...

(It's more of the Fahey/Kottke thing, but this time heading into Ry
Cooder territory, I think.)

I wanted to have it up for Black History Month, but that didn't
happen, and I didn't practice it for awhile, but now the sketch is
done, I guess, and sorry it's so sloppy, and blah blah but here it
is:

I hope you'll give it a listen, and let me know what you think.

Many thanks to the group for all the fine encouragement and shining
examples.

Cheers,

Pete

Nice work, Pete! It really is Kottke-esque.....what's the tuning again? Nice
unexpected chromatic bass-line chord progression, a result of the tuning, at
2'40" !!!

Best,
Aaron.

Thanks, Aaron!

It's a whole-fret 1.3.7.9.11.15. Eikosany w/pigtails (aka Pascal), given in here

www.anaphoria.com/dal.PDF

But as Paul Erlich observed, without fretlets it comes out to be two of 'em, a fifth apart, and I just try to stick to the repeated tones.

yes but if you have the full dallesandro tuning ( the 1 out of 6 to the 6 out of 6 1-3-5-7-9-1`1- set) with the blank spots in a 31 keyboard filled in you automatically get 2 1-3-7-9-11-15 eikosanies present
a fifth apart
