Discussion on .scl vs. .tun

Hi,

Don't know if any of the people that have opinions on this want to offer them up, but there is a discussion of the relative merits of the Scala and Anamark tuning file formats going on at KVR. The two main contributors are developers, and it might be a good place to give input in case any points are being missed.
