Microtonal Synthesis Web Site updated

I have done a massive update of the microtonal synthesizer listing, both in
additions of instruments and noting instruments that are no longer currently
offered. Most of the action is in the software synthesizers, as most of
you are already aware. The only hardware type synthesizer or keyboard
additions are limited to 12 note per octave scales.

I also created a simple software page for necessities such as Scala, added
links to the Synthesizer Help page and gave descriptions of the instrument
types on the Chart Terms and Definitions page.

I could use some help with getting more information on the following
instruments. If you use them and can provide the feedback to me, it will be
much appreciated.

Need # of full keyboard scales that are immediately accessible from memory,
type of tuning table assignment (per instrument, patch, MIDI channel,
globally to all instruments), scale resolution in cents or hertz, and
tuning range per note in cents.
