iTunes is the best I've ever used. It's on Apple's site and is for
System 9.1 or 2.

Thanks, Alison! I've gotten that as a recommendation as well from
another source, along with the tip that there is a patch at
VersionTracker that will allow backward-OS-compatibility to 6.* or
something like that.
