I think it looks pretty interesting- David B. I thought of you when I saw
it- seems like something you could use in your compositions? Its kinda hard
to tell from the website- no detailed specs (what are all those switches?)
and the video is not much help- way too much echo and I dont think he
demonstrates the theremin part of it. Intriguing none the less.

From what I gathered on the AxeTopia site, the theremin photocell can
control pitch, independently of the fingerboard, or "control
frequencies" (filter?) while selecting pitch with the fingerboard.
There is also mention of switches for selecting whether the 2
oscillators play separately, simultanously, or combined via the ring
modulator. I'm not sure what is meant by "frequency adjustment knob".

I'm also not sure whether the fingerboard pitches are quantized or
continuous. Unfortunately, it doesn't look like the inventor will be
available to answer questions until 11/30.
