New 19TET midi

"Gaillard For a Bottle"deals with a falling superchromatic-similar to"Chim Chim Cherree".The style is similar to the Swedish folk arrangments for lute by H�llbus Totte Mattson,but this is in 19 tone equal temperament.

Due to problems with my homepage server,i've uploded this to the Tuning list Files section.
