I've written a tiny piece in 10EDO. This was written for fun.

it was a nice joke, indeed. May I ask you how did you made - technically - this composition? I am looking for some *.mid to *.wav "translator" (say, in the style of cembalo or grand piano) accepting Sysex instructions for microtuning (i.e., to set given key for given amount of cents lower or higher dynamically - while playing). Maybe I am wrong with my Sysex instructions?
Jenda.

This was done in the old-fashioned way:

1. Retune my Korg Z1 to 10EDO (using the user scale 1 option)
2. Write a piece in Sibelius with the allocated 10 out of 12 scale
3. Play Sibelius piece through midi (with rubato/expressivo) to Korg
4. Record the Korg through line output
5. Put onto Mac using iMic
6. Make mp3 from Aiff

slow, but the only way for me.

I'd try Timidity or Audio Compositor.
