It loads a white box with 3 possible links (amatrice without sound, books,
and about), none of which seem to have sound.

Would it be possible to simply give download links?

I had no trouble with the site. Click on "books", then "Book 1:leaf 1",
then either "mac" or "win" for each of the four files. You download them,
unstuff them, then run them, and they play a movie with music.

They are quite nice. I enjoyed them and linked them from my Microtonal
Music Page: http://www.angelfire.com/music2/aah/microtonal/list.html

I look forward to "leaf 2" now.

As it turns out, there *are* download links. Very post-postmodern.
