Anamark releases the source code for their .tun file reading. It looks
good and usable.

Now, Philippe, when you implement your VSTi, I hope you'll send info about
it to this list! (Also, when you implement this, make sure that each
instance of your VSTi can have a different tuning... ;-))

Great news. Albino2 from LinPlug-Rob Papen is available with the ability to load a
tuning file (tun) from the rear panel.
Each instance can be set with so many different scales that you need.
Available as VST for Mac and Windows, and as Audio-Unit for Mac OS X:
