The structures on the Anaphoria page are all-interval-sets, a different concept
from all-interval-rows. In AAR's, each of the n-1 sub-octaval intervals appear
once as a step between notes of the row. In all-interval-sets, each such
interval appears between some pair of notes. I don't recall at the moment
whether octave inversions of intervals are counted as equivalent in
all-interval-sets.
