Transit USB

Hi,

someone suggested a MAudio Transit USB for getting MiniDisc digital onto a
Mac.

Any suggestions for sw (OS X only!) to edit tracks together (i.e. edit
takes together) and burn result to CD.

Someone has already suggested Peak DV to me.
