copy of mandelbaums book to sale

I have an extra copy of

Joel Mandelbaum
Mutiple Division of the Octave and the Tonal Resources of 19-Tone
Temperment.

It is a University Microfilms Softcover version. Cover is a bit
tattered, one page was mistakenly reproduced twice (no big deal) and
there are a few pencil notations but not many. Otherwise the book is in
great shape. It appears that this book originally belonged to Larry
Hanson
