Korg z1 keybaord scales

Can anyone tell me if and how I set up a keyboard scale on a Korg z1,
such as 31 et or 19et or similar?

I've borrowed a manual for the z1, but this implies that I can only
put deviations of +/- 100cent on each of the midi notes c1 g9, so
that limits it to octave scales only, yet the microsynthesis site
implies that I can have any scale I want. (one thing I want to try is
to tune the keys to a segment of the harmonic series,
say partials 32-64 or whatever, and or aliquot scales.)
