Alt. tuning using Mac OSX

The answer to your tuning problem with Logic is at:

As you are not using EXS24, you will need to echo the midi signal back out to your synths, and use Logic as a MIDI info. filter.
This should give you 1/64th of a semitone, with one note per channel.
Not a very satisfactory solution, yet better than 12tET or nowt.

I suggest you get EXS24 for better results.

BTW There may be freeware programs to do exactly what you wish

e.g. MidiPipe on OSX - see versiontracker for url

or try this MIDI filter.
