most likely you can't change that tuning resolution
(but i could be wrong, not being familiar with that
particular software).

the total range for pitch-bends is usually set to
a default of two "whole tones" or 400 cents, one
"whole tone" on either side of the nominal reference
pitch of that key (or MIDI-note). but it's possible
that the Cubase SX OSX pitch-bend range is smaller
than that.

a fairly common tuning setup in electronic instruments
is 768edo (the "octave" divided into 768 equal steps).
this is a result of dividing each 12edo "semitone" into
64 parts. (i.e., the total range of pitch-bend is
a "half-step" in either direction.)

if your total pitch-bend range is +/- a "whole-step",
then +/-64 units gives a total of 384 steps, or 384edo.
