trying to understand Microtuning in Cubase SX OSX

The manual says this:

"Adjust a Detune field to raise or lower the tuning of that key, in
cents (hundreds of a semitone)"

but the tuning values go from -64 to 64. That doesn't seem like
hundredths of a semitone. Is there a way to change this divison
somewhere?(I found hundreds of scales that require precise adjustments
like this)
