Indeed, some of the example scales on that webpage must
be coming from (an old version of) the scale archive.
Aeolic.scl is identical, african7.scl is an old name
for what's now balafon2.scl. It contains cents too,
so the set is even inconsistent.

I'm waiting for a second answer, they're probably taking
a look at things now.
