I don't have any speakers hooked up to my computer right now,
so I wonder if it sounds anything like my Science Friction, in harmonic
just intonation from the Trenton Avant Garde Festival presents a
Recital Without Musicans cassette. Premiered at the 1995 Trenton Avant
Garde Festival Composer's series.

Hey, file this under it's a small world--the Trenton Trenton Avant
Garde Festival was one of the last gigs I played before I hung up the
gloves when my son Bryan was born in 1994 (so I guess that would've
been in the late summer of '93).

I think Wilbo and Bob Jordan were doing most of the booking back
then... is the festival still up and running? Back then they had a
beer garden, and things on the whole were pretty wild for something
occurring in the middle of a metropolitan park in broad daylight!

take care,

'94 was the first year I had a performance, but I was at the fest in '93!

I think '98 was the last year. The city of Trenton decided to
hold their own festival at the same place and time.

I thought the TAGFest organization still exists to organise
yearly George Anthiel concerts, but apparently there's
an organization called Capital Arts in Trenton that has
squeezed them out.
