FTS with exception handler

Hi Todd,

I'm sorry to say, the last upload never made it
because I forgot to rename the file after uploading it
- usually I upload the setup file under
another name and rename it after uploading it.
This time, I uploaded it but forgot to rename it.

Anyway I'm about to do another upload later this evening
- please give it a go when I do, and crash it if you can!

I've also done more bug fixes and work making the code more
robust, and the exception handler, and the methods for
automatically sending bug reports are improved too,
