It seems you need another reminder to read the docs. Please
type "help send", and see the related subjects. SHOW SYNTH
shows you that VAZ is supported. To be sure, which Scala version
are you using?

YES! Scala has built-in support for the VAZ file format. Just set your
synth type to VAZ, and Scala can dump a tuning file for you.

using the latest scala, I can't remember which one.
