Sequencers/notation prgs sysex support

Hi folks I am looking at purchasing a sequencer/notation prg that
allows the inputing of sysex files or midi files with embedded sysex.

What programs are people using for this and what seems effective. So
far I have tried a demo version of Cakewalk Metro. This allows you to
input sysex messages at different spots and you can also edit them. The
interface is not that great though.
