a good intro to tuning and musical temperaments

I work in a music librayr and found this book/cdrom. It was a helpful
intro to basic issues on intervals and whatnot, meantone, just,
pythagorean, etc.

It is called Musical Temperaments by Erich Neuwirth from Springer,
NY. It is actually a translation of the German text.

If you aren't aware, there are a number of people in this community that have a lot of resources online for the above information. I'm hereby asking people to post some links (esp John Starret's site, which seems to link to everything else) since I'm not at my home computer with the links accessible to me.

If not, I'll post tonight... and be sure to see Joe Monzo's tuning dictionary online...
