Hi everyone;
You can tune in here, or go to the Radio IPEF site or click the attached playlist to listen to a Robot DJ randomly combining midi music with about 3500 different scale tunings.  The "robot" is just an automated mode of The Midi Mangler (software I wrote using Max).  It has a few different modes it runs in, sometimes just playing available midimusic with different tunings, and sometimes it uses another function that combines the notes of one song with the rhythm of another, and then sometimes it does both (plays the combined song in an eclectic key).
If you like what you're hearing, you can find out what it is by waiting till the end of the song when an automated voice will tell you (as best it can) what you've just heard.  I've finally gotten a stable version of this running (broadcasting un-interrupted and largely un-listened to for about 3 months).
It can be pretty great and pretty horrible too, at times.Let me know what you think,
