Very enjoyable.  Big whoosh toward end very effective.  Excellent buzz-sounds.
I happen to be reading a lot of True Crime at the moment -- and there are lots of descriptions of people running their criminal empires from inside jail...so it fits right in.

I'm not always a fan of ambient pieces. This one worked for me. Please don't ask why. :) Part of the reason might be the timbres, along with the operator's voice.
